I’ve made plenty of pancakes at home and always wished there was an easier way to make pancakes in one batch. Then, AHAH! I found the answer… the sheet pancake.
It is so simple and you can have delicious allergy-friendly pancakes every single time you make this recipe. Especially around holiday time, I love to find quick ways to make great food and happy memories.
All you need are 2 mixing bowls, a spoon, and an 11X17 sheet pan.
- 3 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups gluten-free flour (without xanthan gum)
- 1 tablespoon xantham gum
- 3 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Add mini chocolate chips or blueberries for a little bit of extra love!
